María José González

María José is predominantly dedicated to litigation.

She frequently litigates in three areas: a) labor disputes (protection for violation of fundamental rights, work accidents and occupational diseases, and unjustified dismissals); b) civil disputes (due to contractual and extra-contractual liability); and c) arbitration disputes of a commercial nature.

She also participates in collective bargaining processes and in the negotiation and structuring of contracts between companies.

Her peers and clients recognize her willingness to work, her thoroughness in managing matters under her responsibility, as well as her character and determination in litigating.

She studied at the Faculty of Law of the Diego Portales University, where she obtained second place in the ranking of her generation. She also has a Master’s Degree in Civil Property Law awarded by the same university, in which she was awarded the Academic Excellence Scholarship.

She speaks Spanish and English.
