Javier del Olmo
Associate
Javier has experience working in labor litigation, representing workers and companies, in subjects related with fundamental rights protection, work accidents and occupational diseases, as well as in dismissal’s lawsuits and fine claims.
He also participates and litigates in criminal, civil, arbitration and commercial trials.
He obtained his law degree at the University of Chile Law School, where he also obtained two diplomas: the first one, in Economic and Corporate Criminal Law, and the second one, in Legal Argumentation.
He previously worked as a legal representative in Alcaíno Abogados (2019-2020).
In academic matters, he is an Ad Honorem Assistant of the Criminal Law Chair at the University of Chile Law School, and he was a member of the Organizing Committee of the V Student Congress of Criminal Law.
He speaks Spanish and English, and he also has a basic proficiency in German.
