Daniela Subiabre

Associate

Daniela has experience both in corporate advice to companies and in litigation.

Her corporate advice focuses on two areas: a) negotiation and drafting of corporate agreements, contracts, and all types of operations that involve allocation of risks between parties; and b) people management and application of labor legislation, as well as design of protocols and implementation of labor regulations in the value chain of all types of organizations, working permanently with legal and human resources management (secondment). She also has experience in collective bargaining.

As a litigator, he usually intervenes in controversies associated with labor law (protection for violation of fundamental rights, work accidents and occupational diseases, and unjustified dismissals), family law (alimony and divorces), consumer law (representing both consumers as to suppliers) and commercial arbitrations.

Her peers and clients recognize her for her ability to integrate into work teams, for her ethical integrity, and for her committed dedication to her affairs under her responsibility.

She studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Concepción, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal and Social Sciences with maximum distinction. She has two diplomas, one in Consumer Law taught by the Diego Portales University and another in Administrative Law taught by the University of Concepción.

She speaks Spanish and English.
