Francisca has a professional career of more than 30 years in complex labor litigation. She has participated in highly public litigation in that area with results that have impacted the development of jurisprudence in the matter.
She advises both individuals and companies of various sizes and levels of institutional complexity in Labor Law. She is a specialist in people management, and her clients often recognize her ability to structure harmonious work environments.
Her peers recognize her ability to lead and integrate into work teams, as well as her determination aimed at achieving objectives and her negotiating skills.
She was recognized in 2017 as one of the 10 best labor lawyers in Chile by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (Latin Lawyer), a publication of English origin. She was the only woman on the list.
She studied at the Faculty of Law of the Gabriela Mistral University and has a Diploma in Labor Procedural Reform awarded by the Chilean Bar Association.
She speaks English and Spanish.
