Montserrat Jaque

Montserrat has interests related to people management and the development of organizational culture in companies of all sizes. She has experience in labour and social security law.

She also participates in secondments for legal departments of national and international companies in corporate matters, which include the negotiation, improvement and implementation of all types of contracts and complex bidding processes.

Her practice includes business law matters, with special emphasis on people management, and organizational management. She also advices start-ups, including the design and planning of legal structures and shareholder agreements.

She has experience in labor litigation, representing workers and companies, in matters related to the protection of fundamental human rights, labor accidents and occupational diseases, as well as in trials for dismissals and claims for fines.

Montserrat studied at the Faculty of Law of the Adolfo Ibáñez University, graduating with a major in Private Law. She has a Minor in Design from the same school. As a student she worked as an Assistant in different courses, including Private Law, Philosophy of Law, and Constitutional Law. She is currently cursing a diploma in “Business and Business Management” from the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Chile.

She completed an internship at the firm Philippi, Prietozarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría in the area of Administrative and Constitutional Law.

She speaks Spanish and English.
